Project design data
Complete the blank project-value column and share the file with your enquiry. This is a planning worksheet, not an equipment specification.
| Parameter / interface | Unit / format | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Existing model and manufacturer | Nameplate / model | Identifies the installed reference without assuming equivalence. |
| Element and connection dimensions | Drawing / dimensions | Checks vessel, adapters, product-water tube and seals. |
| Feed-water analysis and temperature | Report / °C | Defines the water conditions for a system projection. |
| Permeate duty and quality target | m³/h / specification | Separates the required system duty from catalog element flow. |
| Array, pressure and operating history | Layout / pressure / records | Supports hydraulic review and diagnosis of existing performance. |
| Element quantity and delivery | Pieces / destination | Defines the supply quantity and shipping requirement. |
| Pretreatment and cleaning history | Process / service records | Supports fouling assessment and an appropriate operating plan. |

RO membrane selection: compare the test conditions before replacing an element ↗What to prepare
- Feed-water source, salinity, temperature and analysis
- Required permeate flow, quality and operating hours
- Existing model, dimensions, connectors and pressure vessel
- Element quantity, array layout and delivery destination
From first brief to a defined scope
- Identify the water and membrane family
- Compare specifications and test conditions
- Check the installed element and vessel
- Confirm quantity and technical scope
Make the scope explicit
Ask the proposal to distinguish equipment supply, civil works, external piping, electrical connections, commissioning, training and consumables. Confirm each responsibility in the project quotation. Items discussed on this website are planning considerations, not an automatic inclusion in every supply package.
